e. Name of animal(s) whose care is entrusted to us;
f. Contact details of the veterinary practice where your animal is normally cared for (if applicable);

6. With your consent, to contact you about any news about WNW, including changes to, or development of, the services that we provide, changes to requirements, terms and conditions etc;
7. To comply with legal and statutory requirements, including crime and fraud prevention, detection and related purposes and any official purposes;
8. To protect your interests;
9. If we need to use your information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify of this. We will seek your consent for the use of your information or provide the legal basis as to why the use of your information is necessary;

b. Any veterinary surgeon that may be required to attend to, or care for, your pet, should this be required. If a Veterinary Practice is designated by you, then this will normally be that Practice. However, circumstances may justify the use of another Practice;
How Do We Protect The Personal Data That We Hold?
11. Most records are held on a manual filing system. Some contact information and messages may be held on a mobile telephone that is held by the proprietor of HPMW or on a computer as email. No computerised database is held;
12. There are internal procedures in place to ensure the security of your information;
13. Access to your information is limited to one specific person who is subject to a duty of confidentiality;
Retention of Your Data
14. WNW only holds data for as long as is necessary to comply with legal and taxation purposes;
Your Rights
15. You may ask what personal data we hold about you;
16. You can ask us to update any out of date or incorrect information that you believe that we may hold about you. (However, WNW seeks to ensure that personal data held is accurate and up to date by requiring the completion of a new application form for each period, or periods, of care);
17. There are circumstances where you can object to the processing of your personal information;
18. If you do not wish to receive any news or information about the activities of WNW you can ask for this to cease at any time. To withdraw your consent please inform Nikki Willis via the contact details below. However, if news and information is coming to you via WNW Facebook page then you must take action to prevent any news etc. being received from that source.
